I moved to Springfield in 1993 with an opportunity and a willingness to work. That was the start of my entrepreneurial spirit that eventually morphed into E&M Management - a holding company that became the foundation for everything that followed.
Over three decades, I’ve learned that the mark of an entrepreneur isn’t whether things go wrong. The will. It’s what you do when they do. I have employees who have been with me for more than 30 years. In the telemarketing industry, that doesn’t happen by accident.
Today, my work spans digital marketing, B2B sales services, and commercial real estate - three distinctive businesses that all come back to the same fundamentals: good people, clear process, and doing what you said you’d do.
I’m also a YPO Ambassador and a lifelong hockey player who has taken the ice across the US, Canada, and Europe. The rink and the boardroom have more in common than people think.

Peer learning and community leadership have shaped how I think about business as much as anything else. I’ve been a YPO member since 2013 and have served at the chapter, regional, and global conference levels.
I also spent a decade as a Division Coordinator for Springfield Youth Hockey Association, helping build competitive youth hockey in the Ozarks.
Hockey is my passion.
I’ve been playing and coaching hockey most of my life. There’s no better classroom for leadership, resilience, and reading a room more quickly than a hockey room or a bench under pressure.
I hold a USA Hockey Level 4 Coaching certification and coached boys’ hockey through the high school level. I still play regularly - in local Springfield leagues and YPO men’s leagues - and have completed in tournaments across the US, Canada, and Europe.
